The hotel has a great location directly opposite the tram stop and near the seafront, offering a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are small but nice, with a lovely sea view, though noise from a loud singer was a downside. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a surprise request well-handled. The dining experience had some flaws with noise and food quality. The location is ideal for easy access to attractions but lacks in dining offerings.
The hotel rooms were warm and comfortable, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a drink away from the Blackpool cold wind. Unfortunately, the constant noise from the lift and disruptive guests above made for a challenging night's sleep. However, during the day, the space was pleasant.
